    Position Summary:
    The Wildlife Sales Consultant is responsible for increasing sales in their assigned area, providing outstanding customer service to new and existing accounts, as well as technical assistance to field personnel.

    Sales:

  • Develop personal contacts that lead to new sales opportunities.

  • Write and submit sales proposals in a timely fashion.

  • Give sales presentations as necessary.

  • Develop relationships with commercial and residential divisions of sister companies.

  • Monitor competition in assigned area to remain competitive.

  • Proved technical assistance and training to field personnel on Sales Person's accounts and as requested by the DM.

  • Be an active participant in quickly solving customer complaints and collecting money.

  • Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with all people within the organization.

  • Complete quality control inspections of large jobs (over $3,000)

  • Follow up with all customers to ensure satisfactory completion of jobs sold.

  • Actively attend networking meetings as requested by the DM.
    Further Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; four year degree preferred e.g., Agriculture, Biology, Business, Marketing, Entomology, Forestry, Range Management or Wildlife Sciences

  • Military or job related experience is also accepted, e.g., wildlife and/or forestry, sales, estimation, marketing customer service, contracts, collections, processing transactions, field service, environmental services/sanitation, animal exclusion solutions, construction/repairs, etc.
    Required Experience

We will train the right candidates.

  • Hired candidates must reside or relocate within a 30 minute drive of their territory. Acceptable distance/mileage may vary across densely populated areas.

What we're looking for: This position will be responsible for the proper execution of master control tasks including feed transmissions, recording, and assisting with the production of all live and breaking news events. Ensures air quality audio for anchors, guests, and live shots. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In Master Control * Ensures proper execution of master control tasks including supervision of on-air automation systems. * Cablecasting on-air elements, packages and live shows through Master Control. * Quality control of in-coming and out-going product. * Assists in the production of all live and breaking news events. * Notifies supervisors and support staff when news channel is experiencing technical difficulties. * Prepares and completes discrepancy reports when problems occur. In Control Room * Ensures all air quality audio for anchors, guests, lives shots and phoners. * Operates robotic cameras. * Queues music effects. * Assists Technical Director in digitizing leads and tags. * Assists Technical Director in reviewing stories to meet editorial guidelines. * Relieve master control operator. * Cross train as Technical Direct to provide fill-in coverage as needed. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
