Wholesale Product Specialist

This position involves working closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions. The Wholesale Product Specialist also addresses customer concerns, maintains product quality, and meets sales targets.

The role requires contact with customers, and access to valuable items, cash, and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent customer service, keep updated on product features, and uphold visual standards of the store. The position also involves conducting digital interviews and in-store meetings as part of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, stocking shelves, and suggesting sales improvement strategies. Preferred qualifications include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail or customer service experience.
