Wholesale Product Specialist

This exciting position works closely with commercial paint customers to identify their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring maximum client satisfaction by efficiently resolving customer concerns and staying informed about product features.

You will also help maintain the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. In this role, you will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, striving to deliver excellent customer service while helping to achieve the store's sales goals. This position will be based at Store 708540, 9700 N 91st Ave.

Assist customers both in person and over the phone by assessing their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build and maintain strong trust relationships with wholesale customers. Process sales transactions correctly, adhering to our policies and procedures.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Keep accurate records of work orders and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.

Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Restock shelves and arrange displays effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of store equipment.

Load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as required. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed about available products and options to discuss with customers.

Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Propose ideas for improving sales. Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship in the country of employment. Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery roles. Previous experience in selling paint and related products is a plus.

Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is preferred. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in more than one language is beneficial. Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
