Wholesale Product Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving sales. As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will engage closely with commercial paint customers to assess their needs, answer inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored solutions.

Your goal will be to ensure utmost client satisfaction by swiftly resolving any concerns and keeping current with product features, all while upholding our high quality and visual standards. You will have direct customer interaction, which may include minors, and may have access to sensitive items such as cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. Therefore, a review of your criminal history is necessary to maintain a safe environment for customers, staff, vendors, and the public.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service. Assisting customers both in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building productive, trust-based relationships with wholesale customers.

Processing sales transactions accurately and adhering to company policies. Meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.

Pulling required products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and establishing appealing displays.

Cleaning store equipment and managing the store’s appearance. Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as necessary. Maintaining in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas.

Staying informed about products offered and discussing options with customers. Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvements. Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Must have a valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products.
