Wholesale Nursery Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description Homestead Horticultural Supply is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Nursery Sales Associate to support our landscape wholesale customers in selecting the best trees, shrubs, and plants. If you have a passion for horticulture, sales, and excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow with us.

What You'll Do as a Nursery Sales Associate: Drive Sales & Revenue: Showcase our diverse range of products and services to customers, driving sales and boosting revenue.

Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide Expert Guidance:

Offer knowledgeable advice and support to customers, answering questions and helping them make informed decisions. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless operations. What You Will Bring:

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within a wholesale nursery or related industry. Customer Service Skills:

Exceptional ability to connect with customers and build strong relationships. Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively.

Positive Attitude & Team Spirit: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player. Attention to Detail:

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Horticultural Knowledge: Understanding of plant care and horticulture is advantageous. Technical Skills:

Basic computer proficiency. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Monday to Saturday during peak seasons. Equipment Knowledge: Experience with forklifts or heavy equipment is a plus.

Bi-lingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
