Free Fly's products are sold throughout 400 specialty stores (domestic and international) and they are also available through our website at www.freeflyapparel.com. The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day wholesale communications with internal teams, external retailers, and sales Reps. As the Wholesale Marketing and Planning Manager , you will manage the Independent Sales Rep team in addition to sales management data and data analytics to ensure our Reps have the reporting needed to hit territory goals.

This will include fiscal sales planning and goal setting for the wholesale division. This role will also be responsible for the execution of all wholesale marketing initiatives including co-op, digital marketing, in-store visuals, in-store training, etc. Great communication between all parties is a requirement.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities Execute sales reporting and analytics to support Reps in achieving territory goals Spearhead Fiscal Sales Planning and Goal Setting for the division and sales Reps Manage planning and execution of wholesale marketing initiatives and strategy Manage GTM assets flow and communication with Independent retailers Manage MAP policy Develop and execute a yearly communication calendar to retailers and Reps Manage sales contest and spiffs for retail employees Manage and build all sales training Manage all in store fixtures, pop and signage for all channels of distribution Execute and project manage a co-op plan with Independent Retailers Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred 2-4 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Applications NetSuite experience preferred Power BI experience preferred Required Competencies Relational and positive attitude Strong communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Problem solving skills, ability to think on your feet Professionalism Free Fly is an equal opportunity employer.
