Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.

Responsible for a variety of pre-close and post-close activities for complex commercial, commercial real estate and/or problem loans. Responsibilities include: coordinating all aspects of loan closings; performing customer, loan and regulatory diligence; on-going portfolio maintenance; accurately evaluating and uploading data into the bank s systems of record; ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; may review and/or prepare loan related documents; may provide guidance and training to other team members. Individual contributor generally recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas.

  • Coordinating all aspects of loan closings

  • Performing customer, loan and regulatory due diligence; on-going portfolio maintenance

  • Accurately evaluating data in the bank's systems of record

  • Reviewing pre-closing CRE due diligence items, including but not limited to title insurance, entity formation documents, flood zone determinations, surveys, zoning compliance, etc.

  • Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Reviewing and/or assisting in the preparation of loan related documents

  • May provide guidance and training to other team members

  • Individual contributor generally recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the Commercial Real Estate loan closing process.

This position maybe located in a Wealth hub office in Scottsdale, Dallas Fort Worth, Houston and Austin.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial loan closing experience, commercial loan administration experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • Commercial real estate experience

  • Commercial loan documentation, preparation, or review experience

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to Commercial Lending Officers to ensure client service standards are met and loan documentation and credit presentations are following applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.</p><p>The position includes a generous salary of up to $100K and excellent benefits package.</p><p>Sr. Commercial Credit Analyst responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Supporting the Bank’s lending activities by providing insightful and timely credit analysis of prospective and current borrowers, including interpretation of financial statements, collateral and cash flows.</li> <li>Interacting with loan officers, credit manager, other lending support staff, customers, accountants, and appraisers.</li> <li>Collaborating with Commercial Bankers on follow-up for covenant violations, monitors financial statement submission maturity date renewals and past due reporting, and loan underwriting.</li> <li>Working credit exceptions and credit ticklers regularly.</li> <li>Analyze financial data to determine the merits of loan requests.</li> <li>Spreading and analyzing financial statements utilizing spreading software.</li> <li>Recommend structure as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other services.</li> <li>Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Who Are You?</h3><p>You’re someone who wants to influence your own development.
