  Ft. Warehouse. This operations contains 6K SKU's, 25 in-house Fleet of trucks & 15-20 warehouse staff for receiving, picking, shipping, and delivery Is your background a fit?
  
  Apply if you meet this criteria: Bachelor's Degree and the following: 5 years of experience running a successful Wholesale Supply Distribution Branch / Distribution Center. B2B Logistics/warehousing experience: construction, electrical, or renewables wholesale supply experience Experience leading a similar scale warehouse (30K Sq.
  
  Ft.) receiving 1K line items per day across 6K SKU's. Required: experience with same day order to delivery windows (or less). Prior experience overseeing an in-house fleet of trucks / drivers. ERP system experience:
  
  Epicor ERP highly desired, OR SAP, Oracle, Red Prairie, etc. Proficient in MS Excel (pivots, graphing) - highly analytical. Experience overseeing 20-30 direct reports

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to delegate & solve operational issues hands-on, i.e. improving delivery completion times, cycle counts, receiving & shipping discrepancies, facility organization & cleanliness, safety, etc.
  
  Ability to be on-site 5 days per week, overseeing a 3-shift operation. LEAN 5S Certification (or similar) highly desired, but not required Please note: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
