As a Wholesale Client Support Rep, you will act as a liaison to our wholesale clients, provide in-depth information about our products and services, and resolve any emerging problems that may arise with accuracy and efficiency. Contact methods with our clients are by phone and email. It is the WCSR’s responsibility to generate their orders, invoices, and shipments. Additional duties may include processing payments, assisting with preparation of the orders and shipments, and light clerical duties.
This is not a remote position
Responsibilities
- Assist General Management in day-to-day operations
- Communicate with clients by phone and email, using critical thinking skills to manage client support requests
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Provide in-depth knowledge of our products, recommend alternate products based on availability, cost, and specifications
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Enter sales data and customer data into the company database
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure a timely delivery and inventory verifications
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Some clerical and daily office duties
Requirements
- + 3 years proven experience as telesales, retail sales, and customer service roles
- Industry knowledge is a plus
- Computer and multiline phone experience
- Ability to lift 10lbs
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willing to complete a background check
