Compensation
The compensation target range for this role is:
$57,000 - $60,000
Job Summary
As a Wholesale Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the Director of Field and Revenue Operations. Purple is looking for a Wholesale Department Administrative Assistant, who will provide executive, administrative, and development support to the Head of Wholesale and the Wholesale Department. They will also serve as a liaison to other senior leadership at Purple; organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects.
Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists the VP, and Directors with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries, agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Communicates with the general staff on the executive's behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities.
Develop presentations, templates, graphics, and spreadsheets at the highest level; proofread, and edit presentations, as needed.
Co-ordinate logistics related to internal and external event/meeting planning including events at offsite venues.
Handle communication directly and on behalf of the executive with senior leadership and others.
Drafts reports, prepares, and coordinates oral and written communication.
Take minutes for weekly and bi-weekly team meetings.
Order supplies for leadership teams.
Manage a variety of special projects with a high degree of autonomy when asked.
Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Required Skills, Education, Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
Ability to use judgment and discretion in many situations over significant discussion points relevant to the success of the business
Impeccable written and verbal communication
Experience working with senior executives
Ability to work effectively and positively under pressure with frequent interruptions
Well organized and proactive problem-solver who can work independently while interacting well with others
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
High proficiency in office software, including MS Office and G-Suite and project management tools
Proficiency in Concur software application for travel and expense reports
Ability to think critically and act independently.

Some travel by air as needed, quarterly meetings, tradeshows, etc. Less than 25%
Hybrid schedule, with expectation to be in office at least three days a week.
