This role will be pivotal in expanding the brand’s market presence, enhancing customer relationships, and driving long-term growth. The Wholesale Account Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic wholesale plans, manage key accounts, and ensure the successful promotion of our unique product lines. Key Responsibilities: · Account Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients. o Identify and target potential wholesale clients to expand their market reach. o Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. · Sales and Growth: o Drive sales growth by implementing strategic marketing and sales plans. o Present and promote new product lines to wholesale clients through trunk shows, market research visits, and regular appointments. o Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's expansion and branding goals. · Promotional Strategies: o Implement and manage the Free Display Bed Program, ensuring eligible customers receive guidance on presentation and providing feedback. o Utilize digital and printed lookbooks to showcase the latest product lines and designs. o Provide clients with comparison sales tools, sample updates, size charts, and display recommendations to aid in purchase decisions and enhance merchandising. · Customer Engagement: o Oversee the Wholesale Customer Portal, ensuring clients have easy access to product lines, pricing, and transaction history. o Regularly visit retail partners to assess inventory needs, introduce new products, and gather feedback. · Budget and Advertising: o Manage a flexible purchasing options program, offering open stock purchasing for select products. o Implement an advertising budget rewards system, incentivizing retailers with tiered advertising budgets based on spending thresholds. · Operational Efficiency: o Coordinate the consistent stock of core product lines to ensure immediate availability. o Support the establishment of a dedicated wholesale distribution center. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. · 5 years of experience in wholesale account management within the home decor or luxury goods sector. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. · Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
