Mosaic is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Representative (full-time) primarily responsible for managing 20 retail stores in a dedicated geographical territory. The SR will cultivate relationships with retail partners and field leadership and collaborate to drive strategic initiatives for increased sales and market share of brand products.

The qualified individual must possess a strong passion for success, an abundance of energy, committed to delivering superior service and performance, a team player excited to learn and grow as a member of the Mosaic team. Additionally, the candidate must be able to comfortably explain appliance benefits and technology, be able to educate consumers and sales associates, make product recommendations, and have attention to detail for various merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a geographic territory and call on national accounts and key independent trade customers to build relationships and ensure sales targets are achieved, all while identifying and analyzing performance trends.

  • Build and maintain essential relationships with trade customers through conducting group meetings, incentives, lunch & learns, and other strategic activities to help drive sales.

  • Responsible for maintaining or increasing retail presence and sales through maintaining the physical presence of products on display, managing plan-o-gram product placement as well as floor resets while building relationships with store management in key trade partner accounts.

  • Deliver presentations where needed to educate retail, direct and business teams on clients' key product differentiators, messages, promotions, etc.

  • Ensure that Client displays are clean, functional, and absent of all shipping related materials.

  • Ensure that Client displays are demo-ready; order and install missing parts.

  • Gather competitive intelligence and report on specific competitive tactics including price moves, new products and merchandising materials;

  • Maintain working knowledge of all products to be a subject matter expert and direct questions from retail associates related to product issues, allocation and inventory challenges to clients' field sales team.

  • As requested, attend and execute at marketing events, customer rallies, product launch activities to educate and train on clients' products key features and service offerings;

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred;

  • 1 - 3 years of retail sales and/or training experience; and

  • Experience with home appliance, specific to either retail, direct, business and/or national retail;

  • Needs to be tech savvy with enthusiasm for home improvement!

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

Requirements:
  • Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills;

  • Communicate effectively in group presentations and demonstrations;

  • Independent and motivated team player;

  • Some physical activity required, e.g., setting up promotional material; moving appliances;

  • Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday. Some schedule shifts required, as requested;

  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs;

  • Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory;

  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license;

  • 24/7 access to a PC computer with internet/email access;

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Gsuite preferred;

  • Ability to utilize or acquire a cellular device approved by Whirlpool corporation for business communications.

Pay Rate: 21.53 per hour Shift: 1st week - (9:30am - 9:30pm) Monday, Friday, Saturday 2nd week - (9:30am - 9:30pm) Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other weekend POSITION DETAILS Under the guidance of the Program Director the LPN will provide services to clients being served in the Personal Care Home PCH Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. * Understand and implement Merakey's Lehigh Valley Center policies and procedures relating to daily routines, client care and rights, safety management, and unusual incidents. * Complete assessment forms on each client being seen for medication injections medication groups and second generation anti-psychotic medication tracking. * Complete discharge summaries. * Contact individual pharmacies to authorize medication refills on any client related issues. * Role model de-escalation techniques and best practices to Psych techs and Peer support. * Must be willing to work as a full member of the PCH team to provide direct care and support to the individual residents. * Must embrace sanctuary principles in managing the PCH. * Promote community collaboration and establish linkages with individual agencies in the community that will be essential to the PCH resident's recovery. * Administer medication and therapeutic treatments as needed, as per physician's orders. Monitor for potential side effects and report it to physicians. * Provide care in a manner that considers the patients rights, safety, comfort, and the overall therapeutic environment. * Observe and document and report resident behavior * Participate in continuous quality improvement. * Communicate with co-workers and supervisors in timely manner of situations that affect patient care or well-being. * Assists in the orientation/training of new staff members. * Understand and implement Merakey PCH policies and procedures relating to daily routines, client care and rights, safety management, and unusual incidents. * Coordinate, attend, and facilitate follow up from Doctor's appointments. * Coordinate preventive care appointments for all residents. * Update or complete and communicate with staff, support plans consistent with doctor orders and appropriate care. * Help coordinate admissions of residents * Attend meetings as required * Be outcome focused, positive focused and person centered focused * Other assigned tasks as designated by the Program Administrator.
