3:30am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, or 5:00pm-1:30am. Provides physical assistance to passengers requiring aid getting in and out of wheelchair. Required to safely transport passengers to their destination making sure passenger is as comfortable as possible. Provides needed assistance with passenger baggage. Examines wheelchairs daily for needed repairs and maintenance.


Use proper body mechanics while performing duties. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Demonstrates ability to work with others and interact appropriately. Able to think clearly during crisis or high stress periods. Possess empathetic abilities in dealing with passengers and their needs.

Maintains communication with other agents and managers. Relates information regarding events or situations that may affect operations.


$10.10 per hour. Benefits are available. 18 years of age or older.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Ability to work weekends and holidays. 3:30am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, or 5:00pm-1:30am.

The Project Manager needs to have experience in the following areas: project management, staff management, customer service, analytical decision making, budgeting, highly professional presentation and communication in reporting outcomes to project sponsor. This project is sponsored by the State of Maryland. Responsibilities The Project Manager will be a salaried (exempt) employee required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be flexible with schedule to attend meetings, events and other obligations as necessary. Must be able to fill in for staff members when demand is high or staffing is low. Responsibilities: Provide, at minimum, 40 hours per week of work managing and promoting growth of all aspects of the program. Thoroughly understand and properly implement all aspects of the contract. The PM is responsible for the day to day performance of the contract including, supervision, training, scheduling, budgeting, inspection and reporting of customer service activities as directed by the contract. Possess strong, good judgement and analytical skills and make decisions to promote growth for the program. Supervise and direct the staff and monitor attendance and use guidance to attempt to correct employee performance issues. Serve as a liaison to the state and report on progress or issues on the execution of the program. Must be able to compose and present these progress reports in a clear, concise and highly professional fashion. Quickly resolve any issues or reasonable requests from the state as well as guests at the airport. Perform duties as Ambassador Supervisor and Ambassadors in the case of absence or high customer flow. Outstanding customer services skills Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in contract management and customer service. Associate degree and 7 years experience in contract management and customer service. High School Diploma and 9 years experience in contract management and customer service.
