Provide Workforce & Family Services (WFS) support under Homeless grant programs. Tasks include but are not limited to: first point of contact for homeless inquiries/appointments; appointment scheduling; customer service for internal and external consumers. Must pass background checks.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Actively participate in Homeless grant programs weekly meetings.
Compose business memos, letters, fax cover sheets, reports, documents, and other correspondence with attention to grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format.
Model appropriate work behaviors and interpersonal skills.
Maintain good working relationships with all team members.
Maintain agency confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality is cause for immediate dismissal.
Follow all policies, procedures, and directives of Goodwill Industries assuring safety of personnel or property.
Comply with all health, safety and fire standards and all local, state and federal regulations (WISHA & OSHA).
Other duties as assigned.
