JOB SUMMARY: The WFM CoE Content Operations Specialist gathers, documents, and organizes WFM content to build a knowledge base that is easily accessible and user friendly. The WFM CoE Content Operations Specialist will engage with Subject Matter Experts, policies, procedures, and other related materials to produce WFM content and training materials. Additional responsibilities include crafting reference documents and managing content to be clear, concise, complete and addresses branch and employee inquiries in a unionized environment.

  • Manage WFM content on the knowledge management tools to ensure information is accurate, organized in a user friendly way and is consumable.

  • Assist in defining quality standards and criteria for publishing information keeping with Securitas standards, including standardization of forms, data, and policies

  • Support the coordination of the governance model for creation, distribution, management, and approval of content on the Knowledge Management tools

  • Initiate and drive coordination with Field Specialists and other functional area Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and author content including reviewing and updating knowledge articles, support scripts, frequently asked questions, standard operating procedures, policies, process maps, and quick reference guides to support Branches and the Field

  • Validate that content complies with legal regulations

  • Improve the usability and accessibility provided in the content to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction

  • Publish succinct content on WFM knowledge management tools and work with WFM Tools & Technology Operations Specialists to ensure appropriate permissions are configured

  • Provide input on improvement opportunities including, but not limited to, recommending edits to content to drive consistency, quality, access, and utilization

  • Manage and follow up on feedback including, but not limited to, suggested changes, faulty interfaces, and permissions issues

  • Monitor and report key performance metrics including, but not limited to, general traffic on the Knowledge Management site, high acceptance and usage rates.

Minimum Requirements

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.


  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional work experience required with content management experience required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of Experience across WFM or Technology functions and with digital web development, web content management, or database management experience preferred (e.g., classification schemes, architectural categories, search optimization and retention rules).

  • Undergraduate degree in or equivalent combination of training and experience

The Role The Compromised Data Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for leading the assessment, investigation, notification and atonement activities related to compromised data incidents across the Wells Fargo enterprise, including ensuring data breach notifications to government regulators and individuals are handled appropriately domestically and internationally. As an Enterprise Compromised Data team member, you be responsible for strategizing, planning and executing a variety of operational risk activities supporting the Target Operating Model for the Center of Excellence and the structural groundwork supporting the program in the business as usual state. The focus of this role will be to support the build out and development of an Issues Management Program for the Compromised Data COE. Key Responsibilities: * Maintains, updates, and supports the development of an inventory of risk and control; reconciles the risk and control inventory with other sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Supports development of and document an Issues Management program aligning with Corporate policy requirements. * Support the design, development, and execution of end-to-end business process reviews. This will include facilitating process review discussions, identifying and assessing risks and controls, analyzing information from various sources, providing credible challenge, developing comprehensive documentation, provide management consulting, and preparation of formal written reports providing recommendations for improvement. * Assisting with the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of program and process documentation supporting the risk management framework. * Creating and maintaining strong risk management program documentation that describes how controls work, and managing many facets of operational risk across businesses in a clear and consistent manner. * Partnering with internal review teams to identify and develop consistency and initiate change control and efficiency initiatives. * Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of business processes and control design. * Identifying opportunities to better use data analytics and system controls to more effectively manage operational risk * Participating in other emerging operational risk initiatives as directed. * Perform regular gap analysis reviews to determine the need and scope for new procedure development in partnership with change management, continuous improvement and new policy impacts. * Work with subject matter experts to understand, sequence, and obtain knowledge to ensure compliance with the Compromised Data policy, related regulatory requirements and other related policies. * Support the procedural build activities to support emerging work efforts impacting compromised data and the related functional areas managed within the team. * Conduct all activities related to issues/escalation management for all activities performed within the functional areas within the team.
