A Senior Project Manager/Project Executive (based on experience) is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization, direction, and control of an individual project to meet the operational goals. He/She is responsible for the efficient delivery of the processes without sacrificing the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and profits consistent with the set objectives. A Project Manager, Level I accepts ultimate responsibility for the project's success including quality assurance, safety, financial performance, and Owner satisfaction in addition to the harmonious performance of the project staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the preconstruction team on various estimating activities including cost estimate preparation, subcontractor participation, value engineering, constructability issues, and owner proposal preparation.

• Must excel with buyouts and contracts

• Manage the budget, schedule, plans, and specifications for assigned project(s) by use of ProCore.

• Develop complete specialty contractor and material suppliers' scope of work.

• Negotiate, create, and process subcontracts and purchase orders.

• Provide monthly progress reports including construction schedule, showing baseline data and critical path (estimated vs. actual).

• Follow all company procedures about project plan, job setup, maintenance, and closeout.

• Provide monthly cost projections.

• Review and approve all field cost expenditures

• Process and manage Owner and Subcontractor pay requests timely.

• Manage the project punch list aggressively.
