Client Services Duties: Serves as the main point of contact for a designated number of HealthYou clients and employees to coordinate, implement and manage the client's employee wellness programs and initiatives using a cloud based health management application and wellness services to drive improvements in health risks and other identified measures. Provide excellent customer service, proactive solutions, and respond immediately to any requests to ensure optimal retention of business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and remotely manage the HealthYou wellness portal, health screenings, coaching, and other services for clients primarily by way of telephone conferences, traveling to the client site, meetings or utilizing the internet.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of data collected is in compliance with HIPAA standards and other regulations and policies
Prepare, interpret and deliver program summary and evaluation reports utilizing group participation, risk and other data; present an annual organizational health report to each employer client; continually evaluate programming needs and delivery methods to identify improvement strategies
Master and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the HealthYou wellness portal, features and programs, HealthYou's service suite of programs.
Foster strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Reporting Analyst Job Duties:
Examines and evaluates purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control: Reviews reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report.
Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements.
Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
May prepare and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management.
