THIS POSITION IS BEING POSTED AS A DRAFT PENDING SCHOOL BOARD APPROVAL. Under the direction of the Assistant Principal, this position is part of the school-based Wellness Team and supports the Wellness Center by greeting and triaging students, liaising with community providers, providing organizational support for Wellness-related services, and assisting with documentation and data collection. In addition, this position also tracks students' insurance coverage and supports all site-eligible providers with medical billing.

Requirements / Qualifications

Training and Experience:

• One year of experience working in a school or medical office. An associates degree can be substituted for experience.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with computers including but not limited to: word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Prior experience with wellness or school-based health centers is highly desirable. Licenses and Requirements:

• Valid California Driver's License

• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate (District can provide training)

• Driver's License Copy (Driver's License Copy)

• Letter of Introduction

• Resume
