A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) contributes to AHF's mission by providing excellent service to AHF's patient and clients within AHF's all-in-one care model. AHF's all in one care model are locations that offer multiple service. These services include, but are not limited to, primary healthcare, walk in HIV/STD testing and prevention, pharmacy services, and more.

The CCS role is a multifunctional direct patient care role that allows staff members to perform an array of duties to serve AHF's patient/clients. The specific duties of the CCS2 position includes providing exemplary customer service while performing:

• Medical assistant duties

• Patient/Client referral processing

• Healthcare center front office administrative duties

• Patient/client benefits screening

• HIV/STD testing.

The CCS2 position plays a critical role in providing standout service that enhances the reputation of AHF, encourages clients to continue to utilize AHF for their HIV/STD treatment and prevention.

The Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) work as a part of a care team and can enhance the experience of other members staff by thinking of their role as collaborative, rather than exclusive.
