Job function: Customer Service, Sales and Cleaning

Additional Information: This studio is owned and operated by independent franchisee Kaizen One, LLC. The franchisee controls all aspects of the studios employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this studio you will be employed by the franchisee and not by TruFusion, LLC.

We are looking for highly energetic positive team players to join us at our new location.


The Wellness Concierge team is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the studio. This position must represent the face and image of TruFusion at all times while working. The position is primarily based behind the front desk to greet members, answer questions, sell memberships, provide tours and information, and ensure that the lobby, practice rooms and restrooms are up to cleanliness standards.


Welcome all visitors according to our Customer Service standards; answer telephone promptly and courteously

Check students into class/workshop/etc. through MindBodyOnline software system

Assist students by guiding them through our programs and answering their questions

Capable of handling sensitive customer service issues thoughtfully and quickly

Be knowledgeable about our offerings, competitive programs and pricing to actively promote and sell TruFusion memberships, class packages and programs

Build the culture of the #TruTribe


Keep common area neat and clean, assist studio techs with cleaning studio rooms, restrooms, empty trash and tidy props

Work with studio staff to support the financial goals and operational needs of the studio

Report any issues per our procedures

Keep the retail area looking great which includes cleaning it. Pro-actively watch for theft to avoid shrinkage

Any other tasks required to help company meet its goals


The vast majority of the job is performed in the studio.


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to sit and or stand for 4 hours at a time. Employees must be comfortable being in a heated room for a certain length of time. Some fitness classes are taught in a 95 degree room and some Yoga classes are taught in a 103 degree room.


Experience working in a customer service role

Experience working in retail, yoga, fitness, and/or health industry a plus


Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player

Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment

Passion for our product and ability to understand and communicate the different programs offered

Must be customer focused and deliver high level of customer service at all times

Ability to stay calm at all times and act respectfully and professionally

Dependable, accountable and responsible with excellent attendance and punctuality

Proactive problem solver


Flexible schedule

Comfortable with computers and effective at learning and using the necessary software products

Major Functions: * Provide world-class customer service and a positive attitude at all times to eXp agents and fellow eXp staff members * Complete daily tasks in CRM via phone calls, text, Workplace chats, and email * Schedule Team Set-up Meetings to ensure they have a smooth transition to eXp Realty. * Work closely with Payment processing to know the procedures for teams utilizing the systems. * Respond to client correspondence in a manner that provides added value and generates significant customer satisfaction - solves the problem! * Be familiar with and utilize the eXplore Guide to answer questions * Be present daily in the World office to engage with agents that are part of teams onboarding. * Work closely with Growth, Agent Transitions and the Broker Transition specialist to ensure a smooth transition for each team and/or Brokerage coming to eXp Realty. * Attend and engage in weekly meetings as set forth by the Program Director * Collaborate with all departments to ensure that the agents' questions are answered. * Identify issues where breakdowns occur and propose solutions to correct * Establish a follow-up process should the task be referred to other departments for resolution * Rapidly establish a positive working relationship with teammates, agents and other eXp professionals Job Specifications: Education: High School Diploma RequiredReal Estate license preferred Experience: 1+ years of experience in a front line customer service role1+ years of Real Estate experienceAbility to work and manage in a high volume environmentExperience in conflict resolution and diffusing situations as neededAbility to self-manageExcellent organization skillsTech savvy - ability to learn new systems easilyExperience using Google Suite strongly preferred eXp Realty is an equal employment opportunity employer.
