The Well-being Analyst develops programs that create awareness, motivation and provides tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Responsible for providing plan administration, participant communications and customer service of the company's well-being programs and benefits.
Researches, evaluates and develops content for the Employee Well-being intranet site, intranet blog, and other communications outlets as appropriate.
Assists with implementation of annual well-being fairs, wellness challenges, and well-being champion events.
Administer surveys to participants; collect and track data for program process improvement and evaluation.
Answer employee questions related to health and well-being benefits (via e-mail and phone).
Assists with implementation of site-based programs and promotion materials (i.e. seated massage, Weight Watchers, Farmers' Markets/CSA programs, etc.)
Develop and deliver education sessions (webinars, lunch and learns, etc.) on various well-being topics based on site needs and interests.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver ongoing well-being opportunities for employees.
Responsible for administrative duties for the Well Being area as requested.
Special projects as requested in any of the Total Rewards benefit function areas.
Prefer at least three years of experience with worksite wellness or other highly relatable field.
Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations related to wellness programs.
