This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Resizing rods to fit ceramic

• Complete welding 3+ crucibles in a day

• Fixing complicated cracking/large holes during welding

• Checking in new iridium to CIS

• Creating outbound shipments

• Checking out outbound iridium from CIS

• Assist with iridium inventory

• Ordering shop supplies and equipment

• Delegate daily tasks when supervisor is absent

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

• Following process MPI documentation and safety procedures

• Experience of working in product oriented technical-industrial environment.

• Ability to weld various metals; Iridium, platinum, aluminum.

• Detail Orientated

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with hand tools

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• HS Degree

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35Lbs

• Must have IR welding experience

• Ability to work the following shift: The weekend shift consist of 3 alternating days Monday

• Friday and always Saturday and Sunday. First shift is 7:00am

• 3:30pm.

• Understanding of crystal growth

• Specialized welding qualification+ 4 to 8 years experience needed

• Understanding of criticality of production demand
