Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in Memphis, TN . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-24/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Low level stick welding

• Selecting the right weld Choosing the appropriate welding technique for the job such as; SMAW, MMA or FCAW

• Producing quality welds

• Ensuring welds are structurally sound, clean and consistent

• Following safety protocols

• Wearing the right safety gear and adhering to strict safety regulations at all times

• Reviewing blueprints

• Cutting metal

• Smoothing molten metal

• Inspecting structures and materials before welding

Requirements

• Must have all standard PPE and basic tools of the trade
