Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in the Louisville, KY area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $21-25/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are a Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Construct & manfacture metal parts or products

• Produce clean polished welds

• Follow blueprints

• Determine material, measurements, and fabricate parts used in the assembly process

• MIG, and TIG welding

• Metal fabricating

• Grind, and finish metals

• Perform tests to ensure weld quality, and tolerance

Requirements

• Prior welding experience in a manufacturing environment
