Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
Provide weld specific engineering support to operations team
Improve fabrication processes through application of current and emerging weld technology, including automation
Support start-up operations of new product lines and provide daily engineering support for existing products
Develop and evaluate Engineering Change Request, Engineering Change Notice, and Special Manufacturing Instruction documents
As part of our team we will:
Pursing a degree in weld engineering or similar field
Ability to develop engineering drawings and schematics with minimal oversight
Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Ability to work in a team environment
Nice to haves:
Welding, machining, and fabrication skills
Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time, and/or project management experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive and energetic
