Registered Nurse

Healthcare Provider CPR certified# #

Leadership: Provides ethically based supervision in area of assigned responsibility.

Holds staff accountable for outcomes and behaviors related to Department service excellence and the overall patient care experience. Human Capital Management. Participates in the interviewing and hiring process of weekend staff.



Collaborates with clinical directors regarding staff satisfaction and retention.# Assists with the education and development of staff. Responsible for employee performance reviews for direct reports and collaboration with managers regarding other weekend staff.

Enforces compliance with regulatory requirements. Takes accountability for decisions, errors, and failures.# Meets commitments despite obstacles, setbacks, and#surprises.# Escalates issues as appropriate.
