GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Restore refurbished tools to presentable state as well as packing them to be shipped out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to learn and perform all operations needed on refurbished products.
Ability to use hand tools, air tools, fixtures, and torque wrenches.
Pack boxes with refurbished product and preparing them to be shipped out.
Must be able to use a manual pallet jack to transfer pallets.
Report to work on time, work safely, and keep work area clean.
Verify the proper amount of products per order.
Work overtime with little notice.
Treat team members in a professional, respectable manner at all times.
Assist with training new employees.
Understands and follows the Jackson site's environmental policy and the environmental impacts associated with their work activities.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Able to perform own inspection before passing a part along
Must be able to work safely and use required PPE
Must be willing to work in extremely dynamic environment where work load and work type changes daily and in some cases hourly
Respect for people and ability to work and communicate with others of all levels
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred: 1 year experience in manufacturing/DC environment
