Details: Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this position will: Plan, develop and implement effective technical solutions for the Sutter Health network based on business and marketing goals and objectives, helping shape how users interact with landing pages, app and website. Identify feature gaps and points of complexity, and help stakeholders scope for a successful project. Ensure appropriate linkages between Sutter Health strategic priorities and web initiatives. Serve as key technology liaison to business units, departments and leaders on key digital projects and initiatives. Manage the day-to-day activities of the system digital development team. Work with other development teams to leverage web services and API integration with other systems, including Google, Salesforce, and other custom solutions. Develop and document standards, web modules and perform code reviews to ensure that team members are following standards, documenting projects and checking code into the code repository. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Principal Accountabilities Integrated Planning and Development: Provide integrated systems and planning. Recommend technologies to enhance and achieve business goals. Oversee development of new systems and architecture into current infrastructure. Provide technical direction and support for complex cross-functional projects. Help define, estimate and propose solutions for business problems. Uphold Sutter standards on brand, code and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Internal and External Partnerships: Collaborate with key digital partners such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Salesforce, agencies, and internal constituents including Digital/Social, Patient Experience, Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Content, Communications/PR, Information Services, and Legal to ensure an integrated strategy to maximize ROI. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels. Business

Requirements:
Analyze business process, collaborating with subject matter experts in requirements gathering to understand purpose/objective, data, system of record, integration points, etc. Represent the business with a clear understanding of technology needs. Review processes and procedures for optimization. Code Standards and Documentation: Maintain web development through code standards, code documentation and the use of a code repository. Research: Conduct and evaluate software, technologies, data, market/industry trends and benchmarks, competitors, and best practices. Other: Provide regular analysis and recommendations to improve campaign performance and effectiveness, and contributes to Digital Marketing Reports.   • Required Proven experience developing web assets.

  • Required Social media, marketing and healthcare experience a plus. Basic research methodology, report writing and statistics.

Special Requirements Minimum Qualifications EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience using programming languages common in web page development and content editing.
