As the Website Project Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our online presence. This strategic role requires a leader who can drive complex web projects, manage a high-performing team, and align digital strategies with business goals. You will oversee our global digital strategy, spearheading critical web initiatives to support our Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive web strategies to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple websites.
  • Lead day-to-day activities of the web team, overseeing major projects such as re-platforming, new site builds, CMS migrations, and optimization efforts.
  • Build and manage a team of web developers, designers, and SEO experts, ensuring alignment and maximizing website performance.
  • Implement best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO) to optimize website performance and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with demand generation, content, creative, product marketing, marketing operations, product, and sales teams to align web strategies with broader business objectives and campaign initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics regularly, providing reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all web properties comply with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web management and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in website management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading web or digital teams in a multi-website, multi-brand environment, particularly in a PLG model.
  • Extensive experience with complex website re-platforming projects and large-scale website builds.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, user experience (UX) design principles, CRO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, trends, and tools.
  • Knowledge of GA4 and proficiency in data analytics to drive optimization decisions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in a variety of web technologies, including CMS (both traditional and headless), A/B testing tools, optimization platforms, web chat tools, marketing automation, and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across teams and influence outcomes.
