Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. Are you the Website Project Manager we're looking for?

As a Website Project Manager you will efficiently and effectively manage, coordinate, and communicate with our clients on a variety of website builds and regular maintenance of websites. You have a passion for collaboration and will work with our team and our clients to lead successful projects, on time deliverables, and maintain consistency with billing for projects. You will have full project life cycle ownership and participate in establishing and implementing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature website project management within our agency.

This position requires top-quality organization, honest communication, effective collaboration, and exceptional timelines. Our Project Managers can quickly build trusting relationships with their clients and our team within the agency. They know how to communicate effectively with clients in our industry and work well with internal team members to meet client expectations, goals, and results. Utilizing a variety of resources from Subject Matter Experts and developers to an array of platforms we offer, our Project Managers have all the ingredients to oversee successful website projects for our clients.

This position is responsible for:

  • Build, implement and manage the full project schedule and timeline for all website builds, enhancements, and maintenance of websites.

  • Facilitate workflow, review deliverables for quality control, assign resources and manage production schedule

  • Communicate with client, and all related internal teams including design, copywriting, development, SEO and reporting teams to ensure visibility and alignment into all project milestones

  • Lead internal kick off calls and lead external kick off calls for all projects to which you are assigned; accountable for taking detailed notes, capturing action items and providing recaps to team members and client contacts included in project.

  • Lead client kick off meetings and any calls needed throughout project using our Agency FIFTY3 standards (i.e. kick off deck, agenda and call notes templates).

  • Determine resources needed for each project with direction from the various team leads and assign resources to complete work through our project management software as applicable.

  • Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including sales, creative, development and clients.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using our Project Management System

  • Manage budgets and billing for all projects.

  • Manage client expectations and timelines through clear communication by aligning client needs with our standards and benchmarks

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive ROI, communicate best practices, and ensure overall client success

  • Understand the property management industry and how our programs tie into serving onsite management teams with high quality leads.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years' experience in website project management, preferably in agency or creative teams.

  • A working knowledge of website processes, technical components, and web design and development terminology.

  • An understanding of website programs and processes to effectively communicate with our developers and internal teams building the websites

  • Knowledge of advancement in website design and user experience

  • Experience with Project Management Software (Asana a plus), G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to keep information flowing between your team and your clients

  • You are passionate about building, analyzing, and improving project management workflows and ready to expand out website platform

  • An understanding of industry-specific language and an ability to translate it into written and oral direction

  • You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and you love a good deadline

  • You work best when you're busy and can manage multiple tasks at once

  • You're a team player who believes growth comes from thoughtful, constructive criticism

  • You love digging into complex problems while applying creativity and logic in equal measure

  • An outstanding work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a larger team. You are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.

  • A customer service mindset to creatively and effectively manage products from concept to deliverable and the ability to upsell our products and services

  • The ability to be collaborative, adaptive, and flexible, functioning effectively in a fast paced environment. You have a positive approach to problem solving while balancing multiple projects

Qualifications we're looking for:

  • An understanding of website build and design workflows, website related maintenance and regular updates, and how websites support our clients in their industry.

  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in an agency environment with rapidly changing priorities

  • Superior organizational skills and passion to project management
