VIEW JOBS 8/30/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-28T00:00 Ok, first things first: What does Weave do? Well, Weave created and continues to develop the most innovative communication platform for small businesses in the industry. It's a phone system that also serves as a hub for everything a business needs to thrive in today's competitive climate (think: two-way texting customers, text reminders, scheduling, online reviews...just to name a few). We're able to provide brilliant software and customer service because we have incredible talent working at Weave. What's more: 99% of our people recommend working at Weave to their friends… because we aren't about that employee life. We're about that people life. And the people of Weave are caring, creative, and hungry. (Let's be clear-- by hungry we mean they have the drive to exceed their highest potential. They're not actually hungry-- we have weekly team lunches and an entire cafe stocked with food to feed our small army.) So if you like hard work, autonomy and can handle seeing a grown man walking around in a disturbingly realistic (yet very cool) sloth mask apply here. The role of Lead Ops at Weave is critical to our success as a company. This role will require successfully working with and coordinating with multiple departments to find, upload, and dedupe lists of leads so they can be assigned to sales reps. JOB DUTIES * Will work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Sales to help upload and deduplicate new lists of leads as they come in * Maintain updated member lists in Salesforce of various Weave partners * Will coordinate with sales leaders to help assign out leads to sales reps once they are uploaded * Will own dialer tool used by sales reps (lead assignment, cadence creation, list management, etc) * Help source new lead lists for our New Market teams to dial * Use deduplication tools to ensure clean data for list uploads * Help maintain accurate data of existing Leads and Accounts in Salesforce Requirements * High School Diploma - preferably pursuing a higher education * Light SalesForce experience * Experience using Excel * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Ability to problem solve * Process oriented - desire to build out and improve processes Benefits * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * Life Insurance * Long term and Short term disability * Flexible PTO * 401k * Great company culture Weave Lehi UT
