About This Role:

This role is part of the client services team and reports to the VP of customer success services. The Webinar Program Specialist is the primary contact aligned with Forrester's business technology roles and is responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing all aspects of Forrester's webinars. A webinar is a live, interactive, hourlong conference call with one or more Forrester analysts, augmented by web-based technologies that provide all support materials. Forrester webinars are a key component of a client's relationship with Forrester Research. This position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual.


  • Facilitate and support a schedule of approximately 10 to 20 webinars per month with the research community and client services team members.

  • Launch all on-demand webinars on

  • Monitor and coordinate webinar calls.

  • Accurately track and reconcile webinar attendance in the CRM database.

  • Assist in PowerPoint presentation styling and formatting.

  • Create sales training materials, and educate and train analysts on content preparation and delivery.

  • Market and advertise event information on to generate incremental revenue.

  • Train and support internal departments on webinar procedures to improve the overall webinar experience.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to the VP of customer success services and the research directors on how to continually improve the program.

  • Work with sales to promote and educate clients and prospects on the program's value proposition.


  • A strong academic record with varied undergraduate work experience; a B.A./B.S. degree is a minimum.

  • Up to one year of professional experience coordinating projects and/or events.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

  • Someone who can think, plan, innovate, and execute resourcefully.

  • Someone who is detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

  • The ability to work with a high degree of intensity, follow-through, and collegiality.

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity about the high-tech industry and the internet (a plus).

  • Enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.

  • Proven interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with standard marketing tactics and techniques.

  • The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in social networking is a plus.

The Regional Marketing Specialist (RMS) will support the development and execution of account-based marketing programs aimed at driving engagement and influencing pipeline at target accounts. The RMS will help coordinate a cross-functional set of stakeholders to identify the right objectives and corresponding strategy for each targeted segment, and then assemble the right set of activities needed to achieve success. RMSs are empowered to "own" the Pega experience for accounts in their region, and to ensure that it tells the Pega story in a way that is most relevant to their situation.
