This position is integral to the overall success of vineyard vines. You are entrepreneurial, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail and the willingness to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of content management, production and project scheduling. This is an ideal position for someone who sweats the small stuff (loves details) and is not afraid of meeting daily content deadlines. The person we hire has to complement the existing team, be friendly, flexible, creative and proactive, and dig in to get done what needs to get done, every day. You Will:

  • Manage (create, modify, remove) content on our site and app

  • Oversee copy development to conform to the site's style, SEO best practices, and other publishing requirements (with some hands-on copy-writing when necessary)

  • Manage the Product Information Management process to ensure product attributes are properly created and assigned to each product

  • Prioritize content creation (images and copy) for products based on input from Merchandising team

  • Set up onsite promotions, homepage content, landing pages, and other global content

  • Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing for product, content and site changes

  • Offer suggestions to improve the process of managing product and website content

  • Create and manage reports to key stakeholders in the organization related to product posting status

What you bring:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team

  • Passion for the digital space

  • Motivated and detail oriented

  • A bachelor's degree in business, advertising or communications from a four-year college or university

  • Possesses proficiency with Excel

  • Understands Website development processes and content management systems (preferred)

  • Has 1-2 years of experience in web content management (preferred)

  • Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop and experience with popular content management systems (preferred)
