Amplified Digital is looking for a Technical Development Manager.

The Technical Development Manager role is critical to the success of Amplified's fulfillment organization. In this role, you will work with our team of function-conscious and creative thinkers to coordinate a white glove website experience.

Serving as a mentor for our Web Developers and Quality Assurance Specialists, your primary focus will be to provide day to day support and guidance to an energized team of forward thinkers. You will also focus on the quality of the web products we produce, the stability of the environments our websites are living in, and troubleshooting as needed.

Visa Sponsorship is not an option for this position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee day to day activities of Technical Specialist, Quality Assurance team, and Web Development team. Tasks to include periodic one on one time, onboarding of new Developers, and other duties as assigned.

  • Provide guidance and best practice methodology for Developers and Project Managers as needed

  • Troubleshooting day to day issues that may arise and include WooCommerce and/or plugin conflicts

  • Assist in website quoting activities, including interfacing with our clients

  • Management of the WordPress platform & vendor relationship

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal technical consulting

  • Stays up to date on new and emerging technologies, and guides Amplified on how these new technologies can be used to benefit our day to day operations

  • Schedule and resource allocation

  • Update and create procedural documentation as needed

  • Build and maintain knowledge of relevant industry trends, and regulations

  • Vendor management

  • Flexible in work hours as activities may occur outside normal business hours

  • Additional duties as assigned by the Director and/or Senior Director

  • Occasional travel may be required

  • Experience with custom API integrations, JSON/XML, SQL, Javascript, custom import/export of data, DNS, Google Analytics, and structured data

Department Details RN license preferred. The Clinical Learning and Development Specialist (CLDS) provides onsite education and support for new and current employees. With support and oversight of the RN Clinical Educator the CLDS reinforces education needs of staff while validating required competencies at assigned centers. The CLDS participates in on-site education delivery including skills fairs and regulatory-driven information updates. Preceptor-new hire pairing assignments, manuscript tracking and pathway completions are also areas of responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in a clinical field based on licensure, training and development, organizational development, or healthcare field. If degree is in nursing, graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). If no degree, will consider six years equivalent work experience as a potential alternative. A minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience required based on licensure. Demonstrated involvement in clinical process improvement initiatives preferred. Currently holds a professional and unencumbered clinical license with the applicable state(s) administered examiners and awarded by a governmental licensing agency. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications based on program training needs of the department and population focus. Additional certifications may include, but not limited to, Emergency Nurses Association Membership in order to serve as a course director for Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
