The Developer develops software to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements. The developer works closely with business units and subject matter experts to understand and accurately develop software as specified by documented requirements. Works under direct supervision, but a certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
Analyze and develop software based off of internal technical specifications and requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients & project teams to deliver product's functional requirements.
Understand and complete requests related to the project plan to meet agreed deadlines.
Work with Lamar team, business users and others to develop requirements and standards.
Track and work defects and follow through to a resolution as assigned.
Proactively monitor Tririga database to minimize downtime and tune and optimize performance.
Implement workflows to configure the Tririga system to support business user requirements.
Administer Tririga data model to ensure high availability and performance of all Tririga databases.
Develop property management reports in BIRT or SQL Reporting Services.
Develop and deploy Tririga queries to the Tririga GUI as required.
Create and Execute DB scripts for ad hoc updates (data fixes, etc.) as required by management.
Assist with application code moves to QA, staging, UAT and production environments.
Work with DBAs to identify, research, and resolve production ETL and database issues related for lease and real estate related data.
Create and maintain system documentation.

Ability to troubleshoot and performance tune slow running queries.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School Education or Equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
Experience with MSFT platforms a plus.
At least 6 months development experience with Tririga property management software.
5+ years relevant work experience
At least 6 months experience with property management, lease contract administration, real estate administration, facility management and related concepts.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT The primary work environment is an office.
The physical demands for this position include light to moderate lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading), sitting more than 50% of the time, talking, and walking.
Nights spent traveling, away from home, are less than 10%.
