To further accelerate growth, Ivalua is hiring rapidly and seeking a Web Developer/Designer who will play a critical role in our future success. Reporting to the VP of Global Demand Generation, you are a savvy digital marketer who will manage, optimize, and elevate Ivalua's web properties (based on WordPress) and landing pages (based on HubSpot) through SEO and other means, turning them into conversion engines that drive brand awareness, leads, and pipeline growth. You're also an integration/API guru who will develop innovative new ways to integrate various web applications and data to improve marketing program/campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
What You Will Do
Your core objective will be to optimize Ivalua's web properties to increase brand awareness and drive program/campaign success (measured by leads, conversions, and pipeline). The Web Developer/Designer will help us achieve this through these areas of responsibility:
Website Development, Design, and Administration: You will own how Ivalua presents itself to customers and prospects via our websites and landing pages, working with internal designers and content producers, 3rd party agencies, and others to develop the best possible user experience that results in conversions.
Website Optimization: You're a consummate tweaker, always thinking about optimization, whether it is incrementally improving site performance or improving user journeys throughout the website.
Application, Process, and Data Integration: You have some serious technical chops and can develop innovative new ways to integrate apps, processes, and data using tools native to WordPress or Hubspot or 3rd party tools such as Segment.
Extensive experience building user interfaces and great user experiences for websites, landing pages, and mobile devices as well as designing and developing responsive/adaptive websites
Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or related tools
Demonstrated experience integrating with existing systems, third party APIs, data analytics, and reporting systems
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and partnering with content producers to optimize their content
Familiarity with popular marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo to build landing pages and email templates
Experience of web hosting service providers to optimize site performance and potentially migrate to a new host a plus
Ability to build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively across a globally distributed marketing team
Execution-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to juggle many competing priorities simultaneously
Language: Native English language skills a must; Conversational is French a plus
Understanding of regional differences and experience localizing content and messages for local markets in North America, APAC, and EMEA is a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent work experience
Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected for company events and to coordinate with team members
