Job Description:

The Web Designer/Developer will work individually and in a collaborative team-focused environment assisting with design and development of websites supporting the government. Provide web development and technical support to our customer through the maintenance of multiple websites and back-end systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain existing websites while developing new website on multiple mission networks

  • Manage and maintain existing websites while developing new website enhancements

  • Apply industry best practices and web design standards

  • Website content administrator

  • Design and layout a variety of marketing communications (print and digital) including PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, logo development, etc

.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and 12+ years' experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.

  • Proficient understanding of:

  • Web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

  • PHP

  • JavaScript, JQuery

  • Joomla and/or WordPress

  • Experience with Responsive Web Frameworks such as Bootstrap

  • Knowledge and experience with IC Accessibility (508) compliance testing, tools, and standards

  • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and methods to work around them

  • Expert level experience with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, etc.) for image modification, vector graphics, newsletters, and logo design

  • Ability to translate and create concepts into dynamic visual content while adhering to style guides

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Powerpoint)

  • Experience working in Windows environment

VIEW JOBS 11/21/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-19T00:00 Integrated Intel Solutions requires a testing team to work alongside existing test team members to test all application components from the user interface to the backend. The team shall make use of automated as well as manual test methodologies. The team shall also perform all standard test and quality assurance duties to include but not be limited to documentation, defect triage, test plan creation and execution, and deployment support. The work shall be assigned and prioritized by the Test Team Lead, as designated by the Sponsor. B. Work Requirement: The Contractor shall work closely with the Sponsor on all Contractor activities and efforts. The Contractor shall perform application testing, both automated and manual. The Contractor Team shall conduct data testing to include validation and verification. The Contractor Team shall support the development and DevOps teams preparing and carrying out code deployments. The Contractor shall work closely with the Mission Partner to ensure that software deliverables meet acceptance criteria defined for the requirement. The Contractor shall create, maintain and execute test plans, carry out smoke testing, exploratory testing, regression testing, field performance testing at an external lab and automated performance and stress-testing of the applications within the Sponsor's portfolio. The Contractor shall document and maintain list of bug reports and enhancement requests. The Contractor shall work with bug reporters to ensure issues are clearly captured. The Contractor shall help maintain bug and enhancement lists in collaboration with Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs). The Contractor shall be responsible for overall program configuration management with respect to documentation, source code version control, code deployment, and other program-specific artifacts. Code deployment support may include occasional late-night or weekend hours. The team's primary goals are: 1.) Assurance of the quality of the software that is deployed and 2.) Integrity of the data contained within the backend system and displayed to the users. The candidate, as part of the team, shall have some the following skills and demonstrated experience. Not all skills are required: * Demonstrated experience testing web applications. * Demonstrated experience using an issue tracking tool, such as JIRA. * Demonstrated experience with a configuration management tool (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Chef). * Demonstrated experience adhering to Agile Project Management development standards and attending daily team meetings (e.g., Scrum, user stories). * Demonstrated experience debugging web applications using the browser console, network view and other similar tools. * Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining technical documents such as user stories, test plans and test cases. * Demonstrated experience understanding user requirements to develop testing approaches that are geared toward improving usability and functionality for the end user. * Demonstrated experience testing User Interface for consistency and details, and testing applications for compliance to standards and required configurations including accessibility standards. * Demonstrated experience with automated end-to-end test tools such as Protractor and Selenium in testing web applications. * Demonstrated experience or understanding of the methodology of testing in a continuous delivery/deployment environment.
