Our TSG Creative Team is seeking interest or Preferrals for a Web Designer opening. The Web Designer is passionate about design as a critical component of our products and projects. As an advocate for the client, they will leverage research, site analytics, and business objectives to define, optimize, and maintain the overall look and feel of our sites in support of a consistent user experience. They provide design/development ideas as well as implement those concepts via a variety of digital mediums. Will work closely with senior designers and Creative Directors to collaborate on new ideas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create UX/UI for web-based products, native apps, websites, banner ads, games, communications, storyboards, and various digital media.

  • Present proposed designs to Creative Director and clients to get their feedback and approval.

  • Coordinate with cross-discipline project team to ensure successful delivery of projects.

  • Work closely with Senior UX Designer to assist in the creation of prototypes.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to create forward-thinking, functional UI that adheres to business requirements and guidelines.

  • Proactively suggest UX/UI improvements for existing and future products.

  • Seek, understand, and incorporate latest industry and design trends.

  • Effectively manage time and concurrent design efforts.

  • Provide estimates on level of effort for requested projects.

  • Assist in creating and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and entrepreneurial thinking on the team.

Skills & Abilities:

  • A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating 4+ years' experience creating great user-centered design solutions across multiple interfaces and screen sizes.

  • Enthusiasm and proficiency in interaction design methods including branding, typography, color theory, and extensive UX/UI experience.

  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

  • Mobile app, responsive design, and interaction design experience.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, and Figma.

  • Execute and own visual design stages from concept to front-end development handoff to back-end development.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across varying audiences and levels of the organization.

  • Flexibility to roll with multiple demands from internal clients and Creative Director.

  • Adept at integrating new technologies, techniques, and ideas into work.

  • Working knowledge of HTML & CSS.

  • BA or BS in digital design, art, or similar field preferred.
