As ARB Interactive continues to grow, we’ve identified a critical need to elevate our website and digital assets to better showcase our innovative gaming products and brand. We’re looking for a Marketing Web Designer who is proficient in Webflow and Figma to create visually engaging, conversion-focused designs that bring our gaming experiences to life while improving the user journey across all devices. With our engineering team dedicated to core product work, you’ll have full ownership of front-end marketing assets, working independently to design, test, and optimize key web elements.
In this role, you’ll report to the Marketing Program Manager and collaborate with the broader marketing team to execute our digital strategy, focusing on high-impact assets like landing pages that drive paid traffic and maintaining an engaging, SEO-optimized blog. This role is ideal for someone who loves combining creativity with data-driven insights to produce results. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive websites and conversion-optimized landing pages in Webflow that are visually engaging and easy to navigate. Translate wireframes and prototypes from Figma into beautiful, interactive designs that align with the ARB Interactive brand. Implement UX/UI best practices to create a smooth, intuitive user experience, with a particular focus on paid traffic conversion optimization.
Conduct and analyze A/B tests to optimize landing page performance and improve conversions. Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and evaluate site performance, implementing data-driven improvements. Maintain and update existing websites and pages as needed, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, promotions, and new game launches. Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and enhancements to our digital platforms. Who Will Love This Job:

Experience designing for the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus. Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices. Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
