The Role

We are looking for a talented web designer to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

What You'll Do

  • Craft responsive and accessible websites for the entertainment and sports industries

  • Deliver strategic and consistent end-to-end experience for users

  • Influence the design and directions of the projects you work on

  • Work collaboratively with developers to execute design vision

  • Design according to requirements documentation

  • Follow client brand guidelines and modifying these guidelines when appropriate

  • Meet realistic design deadlines

Key skills

  • 3+ years of experience designing for digital

  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Graphic Design (or related field) or equivalent work experience

  • Strong online portfolio highlighting work

  • Strong typography, color, and layout skills

  • Proficient in UX Design

  • Understanding of usability principles and web standards

  • Experience with front-end technologies- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.

  • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite/similar programs

  • Ability to quickly prototype new designs and features

  • Stickler for detail

We are in search of engineers with out of box thinking, deep dive into critical production problems and working on developing monitoring solutions. You enable and empower the adoption of latest technologies to create next generation SRE features diving into the world of AIOPS.</p><p>Key Responsibilities and Duties</p><ul><li><p>Follow and implement SRE best practices, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.</p></li><li><p>Improve availability, performance and stability of the applications and platforms.</p></li><li><p>Build end to end monitoring by closely working with application / infrastructure partners.</p></li><li><p>Establish SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, and other SRE metrics to ensure the better reliability.</p></li><li><p>Maintain effective knowledge base and runbooks to bring faster resolution to production issues.</p></li><li><p>Automate first mindset to identify gaps / manual process and automate toil.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with stakeholders using strong written and verbal communication.</p></li><li><p>Constantly update personal technical and business knowledge and skills and mentor others to increase the knowledge and skills of the team.</p></li><li><p>Customer first mindset in resolving issue and building new products.</p></li></ul><p>Educational Requirements</p><ul><li>University (Degree) Preferred</li></ul><p>Work Experience</p><ul><li>5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements</p><ul><li>Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work</li></ul><p>Career Level</p><p>8IC</p><p>Required Skills:</p><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in application and technical support role in live production environment following Development, DevOps, and SRE best practices</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p></li><li><p>Financial Services experience</p></li><li><p>4+ years of hands-on experience with configuring and monitoring via tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, ServiceNow, JavaScript Framework, etc</p></li><li><p>Strong automation / coding skills (preferably Python, Java, Java script, React)</p></li><li><p>Experience using Machine learning features to improve and innovate operational processes</p></li></ul><p>Base Pay Range: $105,000/yr. - $175,000/yr.</p><p>Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
