Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Web Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in web content management and a passion for maintaining and enhancing web user experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for regular updates, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing our website for performance and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Website Updates & Content Quality Assurance: Regularly update website content to ensure all information is current and accurate.

• Routine Web Maintenance: Quickly address operational issues to maintain smooth website functionality.

• Project Management: Lead large-scale web development projects to align with business objectives.

• E-Commerce Oversight: Manage e-commerce aspects to enhance user experience and drive sales.

• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze web analytics to gain insights into user behavior and site performance.

• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with marketing, IT, creative, and analytics departments to develop a unified web strategy.

• SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic, while staying updated on industry best practices.

Preferred Software/Platform Experience:

• Content Management Systems: Proficiency with Enterprise CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Coding Languages: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with AEM, Photoshop, and Adobe Commerce.

• Google Suite Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and A/B Testing tools.

• SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices.

• E-Commerce Platforms: Familiarity with Adobe Commerce is a plus.

• Heat Mapping Software: Ability to use heat mapping for user interaction analysis.

• Artificial Intelligence: Experience with AI for content personalization and customer experience enhancement.

• Marketing Insights: Ability to derive marketing insights from web analytics to inform content strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred.

• CMS Management Experience: 2-3 years of experience required.

• SEO and E-Commerce: Basic understanding required.

• Web Accessibility: Familiarity with best practices.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Cross-Collaboration: Experience working within cross-functional teams.

• Multi-Channel Marketing: Understanding of multi-channel marketing.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills.

• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available "after hours" if an emergency should arise.
