Einstein campuses are Tobacco and Smoke Free.In this role you will be responsible for:Maintaining the day-to-day site maintenance of the Einstein.edu, MossRehab.com and EinsteinConnect websites, and ensuring the sites support both business objectives and audience needs

Working with supervisor, and outside vendor partners on website content development, and handling all revisions, and publishing to the web via the CareWorks CMSResponding to all requests for web updates from within the Network, including but not limited to: service line copy, physician profile information, press releases, and event calendars

Reviewing and auditing all site pages, on a pre-determined scheduled in order to produce and maintain accurate reports of upcoming and historic changes

Conducting QA testing, following up to resolve issues, and loading finished material into content management system (set-up, test and push to production)Providing digital graphic production art support using Adobe Photoshop (as needed)If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:Bachelor's degree (e.g. B.A., B.S.) required1-3 years relevant web content management system (CMS) or web copywriting experience required

Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proof reading skills required

Experience/knowledge of basic internet concepts and technology such as use of web-authoring/CMS software, digital media, social networking/media required

Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in informational content for the web. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills & Abilities: * Proven success in writing professional web copy, with the ability to produce crisp, compelling, optimized copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and readability. * Demonstrated experience organizing and publishing web copy in content management systems (Drupal, WordPress). * Strong visual communicator. * Fluency in multimedia, digital content production and SEO best practices. * Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure. * Self-motivated with a can-do, problem-solving attitude. * Proven success in producing industry-leading creative campaigns. * Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. * Experience using Google Drive, Photoshop, Excel, social media and analytics tools. * Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
