This position is located in the Division of Administration, Management Services Branch of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides support in the areas of coordination, administration, and publication of all web contents related to the Division.

Provides management and technical support for creating and designing new (and/or reviewing/approving changes to existing) DOA websites and SharePoint sites using enterprise technology platforms and tools.
Gathers and analyzes business requirements; designing, configuring and managing the implementation of a variety of DOA web pages (Intranet and Internet) and SharePoint, monitoring system functionality, usability, security and integrity; troubleshooting user problems; and collecting and analyzing system statistics. Plans and schedules work operations.
Makes recommendations on the appropriate design & usage policies and procedures and future direction of DOAs use of web technologies.
Maintains and administers DOAs web content using enterprise technology platforms and tools (such as Adobe CQ, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, SharePoint, Qualtrics Survey, business intelligence and data analytics tools, etc.) throughout the information lifecycle and process.
Consults with all levels of management and staff in DOA to identify and resolve actual or emerging problems.
Coordinates with the appropriate Data Stewards for access to and use of the information to be published on the Internet. Establishes and directs the efforts of special working groups for the purpose of developing new web-based information products.
Designs and develops DOA surveys and survey data analysis. Conducts further analysis on survey results to capture patterns/correlations.
Development, implementation and testing of DOA web-based applications and data analytics projects.

Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 11 level, or higher, in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience (1) planning, designing, implementing and administering websites and SharePoint sites using enterprise content management tools; (2) managing IT implementation of projects to plan, architect, design and develop end-to-end IT solutions and web applications using enterprise CRM platforms to meet business needs; and (3) collaborating with clients to provide technical planning guidance and follow up.
