Summary of Role:
Responsible for the support and administration of the Zoom Web Conferencing application.
Responsibilities of the "Zoom Support Engineer" include but are not limited to:
Level 3 Support Engineer for the Zoom application.
Responsible for adding/removing accounts, adding/removing the recording feature and supporting all end users across hUTC, hRTN, RIS, RMD, UTAS, PWA, PWC and Collins.
Responsible for Account/Group management within the Zoom platform
Responsible for the creation and modification of Knowledge Based Articles
Responsible for testing new functionality and release planning
Education & Experience:
Vendor Management Experience
Experience working and managing a Web Conferencing tool
Experience working with help desk ticketing tool
Experience in a technical support role
