Summary of Role:

Responsible for the support and administration of the Zoom Web Conferencing application.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the "Zoom Support Engineer" include but are not limited to:

  • Level 3 Support Engineer for the Zoom application.

  • Responsible for adding/removing accounts, adding/removing the recording feature and supporting all end users across hUTC, hRTN, RIS, RMD, UTAS, PWA, PWC and Collins.

  • Responsible for Account/Group management within the Zoom platform

  • Responsible for the creation and modification of Knowledge Based Articles

  • Vendor Management

  • Responsible for testing new functionality and release planning

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 3 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vendor Management Experience

  • Experience working and managing a Web Conferencing tool

  • Experience working with help desk ticketing tool

  • Experience in a technical support role

Required Immigration Status:

  • US Citizen or US Person required
