Join our Global Technical Access Center (GTAC), based in Cypress, CA to experience first-hand the varied tasks that comprise maintaining a Best-In-Class Technical Support Call Center. The GTAC Support Tools and Infrastructure team seeks interns to assist with:

  • Application programming for varied projects related to our Call Center technologies including our FAQ Editor Tool, Download Server configuration, Symptom/Solution search database and Web Portal.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Graduating in 2020 or later

  • Front-end web application programming experience with html, CSS, or JavaScript

  • Back-end web application programming experience with PHP (preferred), Perl, Java, or C++

  • Working knowledge of various hardware and operating systems such as UNIX and Windows

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Permanently eligible to work in the United States without current or future need for sponsorship by the company
