Join our Global Technical Access Center (GTAC), based in Cypress, CA to experience first-hand the varied tasks that comprise maintaining a Best-In-Class Technical Support Call Center. The GTAC Support Tools and Infrastructure team seeks interns to assist with:
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Graduating in 2020 or later
Back-end web application programming experience with PHP (preferred), Perl, Java, or C++
Working knowledge of various hardware and operating systems such as UNIX and Windows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Permanently eligible to work in the United States without current or future need for sponsorship by the company
