Work you'll do

As a Web Developer in this role, you will work on HR tools that enable the client's high visibility HR processes to move forward successfully. You will be working directly with stakeholders to identify requirements for brand new HR tools or existing suites of HR tools that need updating with new functionality or bug fixes. You will be responsible for the development efforts of these tools upon identifying and finalizing the requirements.

We collaborate with clients to evaluate the nature of work, how the composition of the workforce will evolve to meet business needs, and how to activate next generation leaders, learning, skills, and incentives for the future.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ yrs experience in application development using languages such as JavaScript, CSS and ASP.NET

• 5+ yrs experience working in application development tools

• 5+ yrs working in relational databases like SQP

• 5+ yrs working in jQuery

• 2+ yrs experience in Human Resources or Human Capital related projects

• Bachelor's degree

• Have active polygraph level government security clearance

• Have the ability to work onsite in Washington DC, Reston or 5 days per week in Reston, VA or Washington DC or College Park, MD

Preferred:

• Excellent communication skills
