The Web and Social Media Manager will be responsible for the overall marketing management and maintenance of all company websites. This individual will enhance our brand and build strong company presence through our various social media platforms. The Web and Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of TRHC's online presence.
The Web and Social Media Manager is responsible for delivering projects of high quality, on time and to budget through the effective management of timelines, people and resources. This individual is an integral part of the TRHC marketing team, and will lead the social media strategy including marketing plans that leverage social media outlets and achieve corporate marketing goals. Working with cross-functional staff, this individual will develop messaging and create and execute social media programs to drive awareness, facilitate lead generation, impact sales, and nurture a loyal customer base. This individual will work with the marketing team to develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and services in our markets using social media channels.

Drive online lead generation strategy and communications
Develops and maintains online content that attracts attention, generates interest and is easily shared with social networks.
Works with technical personnel in the development of tools that allow for easy integration with a social network.
Identifies appropriate social media channels for their specific business needs and customizes campaigns to the target audience.
Leads social media communication projects that support and enhance the organization's brands and operations.
Work with the individual marketing managers to create and execute their social media plans.
Monitors, posts to and analyzes social media channels to build community of followers and enhance interaction.
