Description:
Exp- 0-3 Years
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in a strategic program that will create a foundation for new digital sales experiences.
Primary responsibilities will include working with product owners and tech leads to:
Break new UI designs down into features & stories
Draft acceptance criteria for each one
Document and describe all user interactions
Work with analytics to define tagging and reporting requirements
Finalize any legal/compliance approvals
Lead refinement and sizing stories with team
Lead sprint planning
Put together sprint plans
Participate in daily/weekly routines with the team (stand ups, planning, refinement)
Acceptance testing of all stories
Coordinating across teams
Documenting and communicating personalization/ A/B Testing procedures
Creating testing plan for post release
Creating materials for and provide updates in forums

The candidate is responsible for the successful delivery of Plan/Source reporting and business intelligence capabilities delivered via the Vendor Intelligence Performance Reporting (VIPR) tool. The candidate will play a lead role in driving out new work within the team, such as implementing a new engagement model for Global Procurement, Finance, and FLUs/CFs to drive greater transparency of spend and opportunities for Global Procurement to impact P&Ls across the Company, as well as legal entity reporting. The candidate will be expected to quickly establish himself/herself as an SME; prior experience in Global Procurement and/or Finance (in particular, financial reporting and forecasting) is strongly preferred. The candidate will interact with customers at all levels within Global Procurement and FLUs/CFs and lead/participate in work that is highly visible across the Company. The candidate will be a key participant on initiatives work, including the Ariba Cloud project currently in flight. Expectations of the role are as follows: * Plays a lead role in implementing a new engagement model for Global Procurement, Finance, and FLUs/CFs to drive greater transparency of spend and opportunities for Global Procurement to impact P&Ls across the Company; also drives out associated reporting in support of the new engagement model. * Works cross functionally to successfully deliver Plan/Source-related reporting to customers within Global Procurement and FLUs/CFs. * Plays a lead role in driving out legal entity-based reporting. * Translates data requirements into meaningful report deliverables; partners with various teams to drive development, awareness, and adoption of reports and VIPR (Vendor Intelligence Performance Reporting) tool. * Provides ongoing oversight of report usage and proactively identifies/implements enhancement opportunities. * Adheres to team processes in support of report development, tracking, testing, and adoption, as well as training and communication routines. * Delivers VIPR and report-based training in 1x1, small group, and large group settings. * Provides various ad hoc support, including delivering data/reports and responding to customer inquiries from all levels within Global Procurement and FLUs/CFs. Also supports requests related to internal/external audits and exams. * Actively participate as an SME in various projects and initiatives (i.e. Ariba Cloud); proactively informs team mates of impacts and risks. * Works in very close collaboration with other team mates to ensure consistency across reporting areas and identify cross training opportunities. * Provides dotted-line oversight of 1 FAKC team mate. Required Skills * Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Finance or Business Administration preferred). * 7+ years in a reporting role. * Background in Global Procurement and associated operations, such as sourcing and vendor management. * Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong prioritization and time management skills. * Ability to effectively communicate, partner, and influence across organizations and at all levels. * Ability to effectively drive and manage through change; ability to quickly adapt to changes in business conditions or requirements. * Experience leading and managing process development. * Experience managing work/projects with high visibility and impact. * Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills. * Advanced background in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Desired Skills * Experience with MicroStrategy reporting tool. * Experience with VIPR (Vendor Intelligence Performance Reporting). * Experience using Ariba, VRPM, and BICS. * Experience in a financial reporting/forecasting role. * Understanding of eLedger. * Understanding of COST. * Experience working in a geographically diverse team.
