Are you a web savvy, detailed oriented person with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills?
Jockey is currently looking for a Web Analyst to assist our esteemed eCommerce team with web analytics on US and International websites, tracking campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators, conducting consumer online behavioral research, performing A/B testing and multivariate testing and report preparation.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and track website key performance indicators for various marketing channels and campaigns.
Increase knowledge of consumer intent, behavior, and experience through web analytics tools to mine consumer behavior, attribute conversions, and assess performance.
Provide team with insight to support planning, tactical execution, and optimization of Jockey websites to improve the consumer experience.
Execute technological analytics to evaluate investments in mobile.
Research industry trends and present opportunities to the ecommerce team.
Ensure integrity and accuracy of all online and web analytics data via the continual monitoring and assessment of site and program tags.
Actively and continuously produce key site performance reports, build dashboards, and produce ad hoc reporting for the ecommerce team.
Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and site conversion by delivering actionable insights to the team, not just data and reports.
Provide marketing, merchandisers, and other teams with analytic reports.
Work with the site testing team to QA website changes and ensure data accuracy of website tags and functionality.
Test and set up back end logic for discounts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, eBusiness, or a related field.
2 + years of relevant experience.
Previous experience with web analytics or equivalent analytical work experience.
Strong analytical thinking skills, detail oriented, and self-disciplined.
General understanding of eMarketing concepts.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in time management and task prioritization.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or related analytics tools.
Prior experience with BigQuery and Tableau or other database and data visualization tools.
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills with knowledge of statistical and forecasting methods.
